These guys are in serious need of plastic surgery. The dirt and boils and acne are pretty gross, but that adds charm and makes it funny. Might sound weird but avoiding the ads is like a mini game too. Only real complaint is it crashed after I fixed Jacks busted face... how about a thank you Jack

Cool plastic surgery game that is fun and unique

Face Plastic Surgery is really just an excuse to push IAP and ads in your face. The gameplay is poor and uninspired. Definitely skip it.

I dont like this app. From the start it bombs you with ads. A lot of ads. The "gameplay" is weak too.

This colorful app is very funny and there are lots of great customization options to change the faces. Surgery was never more fun.

Haris Izhar has made this same game so many times before, and this one suffers the same problems. In addition to not having originality, its very gross and juvenile and in a way that isnt really appropriate for a kid or adult. The in apps are also a cash grab in an app already clogged with ads that are not age appropriate for kids.

This app is crazy it gives u a real time experience to do surgery which is very cool.

It just isnt my thing. Maybe it is for others...thats why I didnt put only 1 star. But, if you like these types of games, go ahead.

It is the very funniest app ever. Cause the faces are very fun and amazingly created by me. Thank to developers for creating this app. Graphic is pretty good. Finally recommend n your friends.

Cute game for young kids to experience being doctors

This is the worst game I ever played. I hope no one gets this game it is a wast of your time and you storage. I played this game one time and all ready dont like it but this my opinion. You dont do no surgery all you do is wash his face and take things out of is face. Wast of time
